This company cuts your service off with out telling you, per their agreement they are suppose to call, and or email you to notify you that you are getting close to your credit limit before they disrupt your service, this never happens, and whatever they tell you you cannot trust them. They will debit your account without telling you, and if you demand to speak to management, forget it that will also never happen. I am still waiting to hear from the company's management to complain about disrupting my service for a week at a time without telling me. I have lost a lot of money because my customers were unable to contact me, and the possible future business I could of had. Can some body please help me recover the money I lost, and tell me how to go about reporting them to other agencies. Thank You.
