Before I joined, I asked, "How many of your members are ages 25-37? Since that is what I was interested in, and her answer was 30%-40%. When I got online and counted the actual numbers, it was way less, like 15%, as of Nov. 2004. This is 1 example of buyers beware. Be Warned.
Get yourself a vacation instead of paying this "service." I called in sating I wanted to cancel, thought it was the third say, but nope, they count that day you came in too. Most merchant count the day after, but to them, it was the 4th day and I could NOT get back my "investment."
You have 3 days for a complete refund. They took 2 weeks to upload my profile and while that was going on, I have no access to the "library." So the waiting period, you really don't know what you are paying for or let alone allowed to view the "product." You just have to stay put and rick it or get it back without seeing the menmbers. And Do you know WHY? BEcause they are afraid that if you see how few members they have in your area, or how not attractive/not-professional/not-so-quality people are in there, you might just say, "No, Thanks!" I want my money back, please."

ALSO, the screeening and validation background check, current photos is well... Shady. They check only once, when the person first goes in the HQ as prospective members. I asked them if they continually update that, and GOT the feeling that IF the person commit a crime or get married or takes a girlfriend the day after s/he goes in to become a member, I am on my own pretty much. Also, the photos aren't as updated as they say. Team members aren't always so compassionate, helpful or even have a clue. Yes, not really your "relationship professionals" as mentioned, are you?
Also, members have lied on their profile about age, marital status, etc. And they really don't check for that. If I am paying premium for this, able to let my guard down a little because the people at GE made certain promises.
I should at least have the service to validate these things, versus FREE PERSONALS I can find online, like Yahoo, Craigslist, etc. Where I know what to look out for. If I want to be misguided, let it be somwhere where I don't have to pay to look at lousy people and bad service. Yes, I thought I was joining to meet attractive, professionals, "quality singles" but 3/4 weren't in the sense of the word! While some were professionals, single, attractive, many was NOT otherwise. I guess they stretched the term to include EVERYONE and ANYONE they could get money from.

I would have gone to a lawyer myself if I didn't meet one person there who at least made it worthwhile. Still, you can find the same selection of people at Yahoo! Personals or CL and have better luck of meeting quality, professional, single, attractive men, give or take a few sour apples, but it's free or close to it and here I didn't shelve out $grand$ for SHITTY Svc. And a handful of members who isn't exactly the age or really are single as they said they were!
There is more, but I guess I felt I had to vent or else. I guess it's just my luck to know about this usacomplaints.com place after the fact. Hope this helps you to make better informed decisions. Stay away and use the $ to pamper yourself instead and you'll find him/her eventually, where it's free. Guess hindsight is 20/20 experience.
