This lady sells seriously ill puppies hydrocephalus mange coccidia ear mites sold me a hydrocephalic dog for 3500.00usd and will not refund or replace

This lady sold me a 3500.00usd puppy that has hydrocephalus. The puppy arrived here on 2jun05 and was deemed unfit for sale by our vet. He had ear mites, coccidia and hydrocephalus. Breeder refused to take him back. She stated ""he will die a canadian hydrocephalus is a fatal congenital disease that is also described as water on the brain. My puppy has already had his first seizure on 3jul05. These seizures will kill him. Hydrocephalus is not curable. Most puppies do not reach adulthood.in some cases the most humane thing to do is to euthenize the pup. They are in pain. He is mentally ""retarded"".

I have spent a lot of money to see a neuro vet in a city 5 hours away from where i live to prove that he has hydrocephalus. He had a sonogram through his molera. His case is severe. Debra drury told me that if i could prove hydro she would send me another puppy. I would of course keep gomez and take care of all of his medical bills and needs. Now that i have proven hydro she has renaged on our deal and will not send me a puppy.

If you are considering purchasing a puppy from this lady please note the following. She operates out of a postal box and a cell phone. She will only accept postal money orders so she can, t be traced. The manteca california police and the humane society are very interested in her.

Her contract clearly states that if a genetic defect is present a replacement puppy of the same value will be given to the buyer. Her vet in manteca signs vet health certificates negligently. There was no doubt that gomez had hydrocephalus. Gomez has only a little bit of skull. It is wide open and cracked down the sides.

Debra described his fontanel to me as dime sized. Please note that a molera in the chihuahua is normal. However multiple moleras are not. His eyes are showing east west. Bulging from his face. His head is much larger than his body. He has gained hardly any weight. I still have him on esbilac which is a puppy formula. I am trying to get him to gain weight. He was born 25feb05 and is now only 1lb 8 oz. He sleeps all of the time and when he does wake up he is ""violent"" in his play. The neuro vet told me he is a ""dud"" and ""retarded"". I have been told to expect behaviour problems with him and of course more seizures. Gomez will die and debra drury doesnt care. She has her money and is onto the next victim
