Bad Billing for services not used, ripoff

Hello,
My parents got there verizon phone bill in the mail today and on it it had services that it said we have used. A company named Integretel had charged us for using there services at 3:47 am, 4:08 am, and 5:18 am, calling a 900 number.

Well my parents went off to blame me for downloading something and then the same for my brother, so trying to clear our names we looked on the net for anything about this and came across this web page. Well for a total of 20 min, the cost of this charge is $111.82, which is bogus.

My parents and I are not sure on what we are to do, but we know that we will not pay for the services that we have not used. Any additional help would be greatful. Thank you
