MCIWorldcom suck, I got a phone from them about 3 months ago, the phone did not work, I was told they would send me a new one along with instructions on how to return the other phone, I never got that phone, and I tried to reach them, but could not get through, well I finally get a bill for about 200 dollars I cannot get through to tell them I am not going to pay for a phone I cannot use, so I emailed them, lets see if that works, I went with verizon wireless, at least I can get a hold of them.
