This Company Jipped Me of My Hours. Ripoff!

I would honestly like to say how dissatified i am with this company and how it treats it's employees. I worked there for 4 days, last month and had to quit because they were not paying well and the distance was too much. I addressed the situation to the owner of the company and said he would review my case. I asked for an increase in pay because the pay wasn't covering the distance or time i was going to work. I addressed this to the owner and his business partner and told me they'd review it.

I remember on my first day i was 1 hour late because i was using the public transit system and the train i took to work had technical difficulties. I phone and explained to my boss that i was running late due to the following problem. I know i covered about 6 1/2 hours of work that day and i can acknowlkedge that. The second day i came to work 1 1/2 hours earlier than the normal buiness hour and made up for the day before in time.

I was given a time log sheet, to record my hours.in total i know i covered 32 hours. The forth and final day, i called in to tell them i was not going to be in the next day because i had an emergency with my infant son. (this was a Thursday). After some realization, i just decided to call and tell them i will no longer be going into work.

Called the owner to ask about compensation for the days i worked, he was brushing me off like i was bothering him. Phone his partner, who was more accommodating and explain to him. He said he'll speak to the person in accounts. Finally after trying to get the status of my check, i get it yesterday, and they say i worked 26 hours and robbed me of 6 hours.

I was very disappointed and pissed because even though i worked for a short space of time, i put a lot of effort and i got screwed over. This is all i have to say about Integrity Bank Card Service Group: If you base your time trying to take advantage of people, you will NEVER succeed. You claim to have integrity, i don't think you even know the definition. Now i understand why you have such a high staff turnover, because of your conduct and how you treat people. Shame on you for screwing people over. Don't think that type of business conduct will win hearts here in Atlanta!!!
