I am being charged $25 for an "unreturned" DVD.intellifix states I did not return this DVD since October! When I questioned this, I asked them to look into my account to review the numerous support requests I submitted while I was a member to show them how much trouble I had with not receiving DVD's in a timely manner, not receiving DVD'S at all, even though my account showed they had been shipped to me and even reporting that DVD's had been returned by me but still showing as being checked out.
I have requested a phone number, street address and name of a manager which they have refused to provide. They're last response was that their billing decision was final and irreversible.
I stopped service with this company in February after experiencing too many problems and thought my problems were over.
WRONG! I cannot believe they are charging me 8 months after they say I had the DVD and 4 months after my account was closed.
I contacted my bank and was told they could put a stop payment but it would cost me another $20 with no guarantee that we would get the charge reversed.
Not only did I have problems with their delivery and return services, when they took the $25 charge out of my account at the beginning of this month, they did it twice in the same day!
After several attempts to fix this situation via their support ticket requests on line this was their last response: "The information provided in our previous response is final and Irreversible. We appreciate your business and hope you continue to use Intelliflix
for all your online rentals.
