Take my money, but don't have a supply of dvd's to meet their demand so don't get any for months On Line Based internet

You pay for your annual fee, and very rarely to you get the dvd's you order, unless you complain, then for a few times you might get lucky... But their demand is much greater than the supply of dvd's that people request... When you complain, it is not timely until they get back with you other than the automatic response, they always claim to make it better, but never do... The queue is a joke, because you never get dvd's by your preference... intelliflix is a big joke, and they won't refund your money, they say you have forfeit it or use it... DVD renter BEWARE!!! Go to Netflix
