The NSBA contacted us over the phone, on our business line. My husband is an electrician, and started his own company in 2002. THey told him he would be getting a credit card with a $5000 credit line, so he agreed. Once the paperwork came we realized it was a whole different situation. Nothing was garunteed reguarding a credit card. It was simply discounts and rebates we could find our self. We called to cancel within the first 30 days as they required. When we did not hear from them reguarding our refund, we called again. THey said on the previous call we did not request a refund, which was false. We requested the refund again, and they said we would need to return the info packed they sent us, and we did so immediately.
To date we have not recieved our refund, and are unable to contact them, as they never answer the phone. It has been 4 and a half months of waiting. THe last time I talked to a gentleman, he said he would give it to the manager, as it shouldnt be taking so long for the refund, and then they said we would recieve it within the next week. That was over 2 weeks ago.
This company is taking advantage of small business owners who are already struggeling, and it is outrageous! Someone needs to put a stop to this situation. We have had tp close our business due to people ripping us off! With 45 complaints on this company, why isnt anyone stopping it.
