I was told a 99.99 fee was needed to get my $8000.00 line of credit. Then 10 days later I was chareged $239.39 fee from my account which I never authorized; they voiced over my recording to get this money. I canceled within 15 days. I got a written cancelation notice from them a refund coming in 30 business days. It has been over 90 days now and still no refund.
They do not answer calls and their voice mail is allways full. The one time I got through the lady kathy was very rude to me. I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be if I stayed in.
It sounds like there are a lot of other people out there in the same boat as I am with this company and pulling the same tactics and they need to be stopped.
The BBB is no help there just as bad as nsba.
