In March we paid $798.00 sign up cost to sell our timeshare at which time we were told that the week 27 which we own would not be a problem to sell, this cost also included securing rental for our week. We spoke to a representative named Joanna who told us that we can get more than we had initially requested because our week is prime. Yes, we do know that three months is not a very long time but it is the manner in which we are being treated. We would like to speak to someone from time to time who can reassure us that they are indeed trying to sell our timeshare and not just trying to scam us. We have made several attempts to call Joanna and each time we are told that she is not in office and would return our call; to date we have not received a call from her.
We have also sent an email to them after which we received a call from someone named Jenny in the Buyers Department asking us if we were interested in a weekend rental, we are not running a hotel. Is this a coincidence or what! Our timeshare is in Hilton Head so location is not the problem.
