In June a company truck kicked a stone up and broke my windshield, witnessed by two different people. We filed a police report and Mr. Bill Hagerty the owner of Artic Wolf Spring Water told the police he would take care of it!!! It is now almost 1 full year and many court papers and appearances later and I still have not seen the money. I have to pay everytime I go through with the next step in the long process of getting this money.
The judge ordered that he pay me 220.00 plus court costs in November because Mr Hagerty refuses to show up or answer any of his phone calls. I'd think a business man would take care of his business.
My next step which I am in the process now is the arrest warrant (I even have to pay for that) My inspection is due this month June and I don't have the money to replace the windshield! I'm a single mother and rely on tips as a waitress.
Maybe anyone who buys water from ARTIC WOLF SPRING WATER should find out how nice Mr Hagerty is in paying his bills!!!
