Elisa Ilana Designs is a jewelry company that has a 3-day return policy not marked on their website during any part of the buying or checkout processes. I didn't even find out about it until I called and was told by someone, and when I went to look for it on their website, it took me a while to finally locate where they hid it.
When the 3-days are up, you are stuck with a store credit for a refund, whether you want to buy anything else they sell or not. They have received 2 letters from me stating my dissatisfaction and the action I would like them to take, and the 3rd letter is on its way.
I have received NO response from them whatsoever. I think this policy is purposely made hard to find on the website and is a bogus amount of time for a return in the first place. Shipping isn't even included in the refund if you make it within the 3-day limit. No other companies I have shopped with on-line (or off) have had any kind of policy remotely resembling this.
They are preying on people to easily rip them off. And they are a high profile company featured in magazine page ads mainly because a small portion of the price you pay for their jewelry goes to Cancer Research. Don't be fooled by this good cause from this bad company!
