Claims to be selling expensive island property worth millions, doesnt pay $300 hotel bill

Beware - Island Century Real Estate is a new company in a small neon-lit office in the center of Panama City, Central America that is selling questionable and expensive island property to tourists for cash only - $100K per "lot". The property (valued by the sales representative at $50 million) is not subdivided, has no infrastructure, has a small dirt airstrip and is currently uninhabitable. The company claims to have plans to add utility services in the future. But when I met with their sales representative she was being evicted by the hotel owner for $300 in unpaid hotel bills. I personally paid her bill to the hotel manager to keep her off the streets. I requested reimbursement from this company and was never repaid... $50 million?! I doubt it.
