My daughter ordered these on my credit card and was told she was getting a (FREE) 30 day trial. Immediately my credit card was charged. I called company to get correct steps to return them. I sent the item back on 12-06-04 certified mail. I was told it would take 5 to 16 business days.
Well I have called several times trying to get my money back. The last time I spoke to them I was told I would receive a check no later than 06-01-05. Now I try to contact them and there phone is no longer in service.
This company is nothing but a RIP-Off. I would like some kind of action taken against companies like this.
