I had to move from Chicago to Philadelphia and I asked for an estimate from the company in question. For around 2500 pounds I received an estimate of $1370; the estimator's name was Peter Drivas. At the same time and without my knowledge my fiancee received an E-mail from Erick Granda another estimator from the same company with exactly the same description of items but around $150 more expensive. When I called Mr. Granda to explain the difference, caught by surprise, he began to make all sort of excuses like 'I contacted your girlfriend first', 'Peter Drivas is a new employee, he didnt know what he was doing' and so on... I called Peter Drivas in order to proceed with his original estimate but he refused to do so, explaining that he was not in charge of my account anymore and tried to transfer me to John... A transfer that took 10mins, at the end of which, bored of waiting, I hung up the phone.
This must be one of the most un-professional experiences I have had with any company. I for one, will never ever do bussiness with this company again and encourage people to be careful when dealing with these particular brokers.
