Just another dissatisfied customer got ripped off

I joined BMG Music Service via the internet. They state in the offer that you have 10 days after receipt of the first shipment to cancel and return the shipment.

I have contacted the Customer Service twice to obtaine a return authorization.

All I get is the standard email aknowleding my email to them and emails to tell me to buy more CD's to fullfill my membership.
I think they are a RIPOFF! They have no intention to return your money and let you out of the membership as they promise.

Once they have you realed in they think they got you.
I would never touch them with a 10 foot pole again.
