I have puchased a lot of music from Walmart.com. Until recently customer service is nonresponsive. I recently purchased and tried to download the music I paid for. Download failed a number of times. Now!!!
Walmart.com will not provide the music I paid for. I sent two email. Customer service is a joke. They don't respond to emails. Customers should be aware that Walmart.com will bill your debit cart twice for transactions. I had this happen. They did finually after waiting 10 days give me credit.
