Agency Test Photographers Pornography Front, These people have everyone tricked into sending them girls to photograph for tests, when in reality they shoot soft porn. Ripoff Manhattan

I am a model that is signed at Elite NY; my mother agency is in Paris. I am not a new model but wanted to update my book. I was sent to test with these guys. I was excited because I had seen their work; they shoot tests for tons of girls here in the city. With much regret for them I post this because I am sure it will forever affect the professional careers of these photographers. However, I have to protect the models that just don't know any better.

When I arrived the day of my test, they greeted me and treated me super well, they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I rarly test being that I am a working girl. Then when it came to the shooting - I was a bit early, so I went to go get a bite to eat. They were wrapping up another shoot. When I got back I used the bathroom and noticed a 4 inch black binder on the floor next to the shower, I opened it and found tons of pornographic images of girls from my agency and others, I was so scared to tell anyone, so had not said anything for a while until a friend of mine was nearly raped by a different photographer in New York, and I've just had it with these messed up photographers and creeps.

Back to the binder, the girls weren't having sex or anything it was more like solo sets of soft porn to magazine porn. I instantly didn't know what to think of it, I thought it couldn't be theirs. I noticed a CD and model release and took it. When I got home it was just a normal test of some girl from Trump Model Management, Nothing vulgar. The thing is there was a folder on the CD named "norp", it was empty; however, that spells something really fishy backwards. I think I remember seeing contact sheet in that book of her nude. I am not sure though.

I confronted them during the shoot, because it was bothering me. Mark told me " Honey, I am gay, why would I shoot porn?" and laughed it off. Radek on the other hand seemed really bent on the fact that I looked at a closed binder; he said that work was from another photographer, which wanted to intern. He tired to brush it off as nothing however; his body language said it all. Later I heard them argue about the binder, Mark was very upset a Radek he told him that "He really F$#@ed up." I had forgotten a pair of shoes and came back to get it after the session was over. (About 10mins) They didn't know I could hear them, they were yelling at each other and when I rang the bell, they answered like nothing was happening, I grabbed my shoes and left.

The thing is I spent about 15min in the bathroom looking carefully at the images and they were absolutly no doubt, their work. They were shot at that particular location, in that RAW sort of look. With light from the window and it just looked like thier stuff, except in the porn version.

I noticed that they had model releases from these girls attached to the contact sheets. I also noticed that some of the shots were not porn, but for sure soft teaser porn looking images. What was even more odd is, the girls were actual new models from legit agencies, and I didn't understand why they would do that. I was also not sure of the age on some of these girls. Photographers have a lot of control, and well these guys test new girls, I don't think they know any better, so they take off thier clothing. I am sure on the black market and more expensive adult websites and magazines they could fetch a pretty penny for the shots, however; I think it much more planned than that. What is more worse is that some of those girls may become big models, and there is going to be smut avail. To the highest bidder. Just image what pornographic fully nude pictures of Gisele would be worth, and imagine the lawsuits to the agents, bookers, and photographers. My boyfriend is an attorney here in the city and he looked at the model release, that I had taken when I took the CD, he told me if the model was 18 it was pretty much bulletproof. I found it really odd that when we shot they never gave me a model release or even shot anything that was remotely sexy. I think they pick their prey carefully. I also think they knew they were not going to get away with it.

Or maybe they are just twisted and shoot porn of girls for kicks, or maybe a plan for a shock book - who knows what the motives are, what ever it is, I don't know. I am sure the agency and bookers that send the unsuspecting fashion models don't want lawsuits and claims filed against them over these guys though.

After talking to a couple of girls at my agency that were tested by them, they confirmed with me that they shot nude photos, however that photographers told them that nothing like breast or vaginas were in the shots. That they cropped it out when shot, and as everyone knows it is common to be partial nude or fully nude in fashion tests or editorials. One girl told me she wouldn't shoot nude so they put her in large stringy fishnets which required no underwear, they told her that her private part would be airbrushed out like Barbie. She said she felt really weird but did it because she figured that all the models shot with them and the agency wouldn't just send them to just anyone.

I just think the models don't know to what extent the photos were pornographic, the shots I saw were not tasteful or for that matter even slightly passable as fashion. From what I saw the shots were totally showing everything, like Hustler magazine, and not like one photo or one girl, but at least 70 girls or more.

I hope more models will come forward now that everyone is blowing whistles on the perverted photographers of New York. I am so luckily that I found this page because another model friend of mine was sexual abused by another photographer in New York and also reported it here. Hopefully the agencies will stop sending us with creeps.
