I found Eric Fischer initially on One Model Place about one year ago. He contacted me telling me I should come see him. I did not ever reply and ended up signing with top agent in New York.instantly, I started testing with lots of wonderful photographers.
My agent ended up sending me to Eric Fischer.
Little did they know that he had been blacklisted from almost every agency in New York. (They also will never use him again from NOW ON)
When I got to his place he had beautiful cats and a nice, clean small apartment. He seemed nice and talked a lot about himself and how he has photographed all the "Top" models.
(In reality he has not photographed all the tops, just a few.) Then he told me to do a great job for him and he would consider me for Cosmopolitan Magazine. (Which he doesn't even contribute to.) Then he told me to wear a very oversized dress. He wanted to put oil on me, he started rubbing my breasts, that didn't bother me until he started concentrating on my nipples, and then he started to pinch them. I told him that it made me uncomfortable. He told me the "fashion" industry was this way, and that he was a professional. I told him to stop immediately. He rolled his eyes and did. The energy of the shoot totally changed. Almost like a child getting the candy taken away.
I can imagine that other little girls might me intimated to tell him to stop. I don't know about you, but "professionals" especially photographers usually use makeup artists and a more coordinated stylist to handle all that stuff the requires oil preparation. When I have shot with other photographers I have been completely nude except for a shirt or something small and not felt even slightly uncomfortable, because they ask "are you comfortable and usually have two or three girls on set.
I didn't leave just quite yet; I thought I would be overreacting. Then I felt like all he wanted was to see me breasts, he kept re-adjusting the dress, over and over. I could understand him having to fix something because of the angle or to keep me covered, but with Eric it was backwards, he kept re-adjusting to take me breast out.
See I have been on many tests here in New York, and with a lot less clothing, sitting in more suggestive poses and totally trusted the photographers. I was not even concerned because I knew that I was safe. With Eric Fischer, it was not a safe environment. You could feel the energy. His intentions were very clear.
So, the session continued, I changed to the next outfit, he told me it had to be sexier. We worked for a few shots then he told me to take it off, and to put on a pair of tights. I did he told me to just cover my breasts. I didn't question his judgment until he told me to start showing my breasts. I told him that the agency would not use those types of images because it was not needed. Then he told me that there was more provocative shot in my book and what was the problem. I told him straight out, I trusted the photographers that I was working with and that I did not trust him. He got razzled, and very pout.
I told him the session was over, and I was going on another test that day. He told me that my modeling career was over. That he knew so many people in the industry and that he would never use me for any work.
I told him I would never work with him even if he were shooting for "real magazines."
Then as if he could foresee what was going to happen, he told me he wanted to be clear that if I told anyone that he touched my breasts that he would totally deny it and mock it like it never happened.
As soon as I walked out the door of his apartment I called my booker and told her the story from above. She asked me to go to the Police. I did.
Then when I got home, I looked up Eric Fischer on the internet, found this web page and was shocked to see he has been doing this for what looks like years, and gotten away with it.
I am sure when and if he responds to this he will deny it, just like he denies everything else he has done, or better yet blame it on his "internet stocker" or his jealous competition. Well, I got news for Mr. Fischer, you know who I am and I am not a stocker, or a photographer, furthermore, I doubt any photographer in the world would be jealous of you! I do not own a lightsaber or exist in a fictious world. I am a professional and you took advantage of the wrong person.
