Tried to sell me other items and when refused the item ordered was back ordered. Contacted several times with no response

Ordered called to confirm the sale. Tried to sell me other items and when refused to purchase more items I received an e-mail telling me the item I ordered was back ordered. I contacted them several times with no response and no camera. Their right to sell on the internet should be revoked.

Below is what I initially received from them:

Dear Valued Customer,
We regret to inform you that the products you have ordered included in order# XXXX are sold out temporarily.
However, these products shall be available again within about 5-6 weeks from the date of this email.

We would like to notify you that we still have not charge your credit card. Once we have the products you ordered available again, we will send you another email notification and only then, you will be billed for the products which will be shipped.

If you would like to maintain your order on the backorder list, you do not have to perform and additional act.

If you would like to cancel this order, just reply with the phrase Please cancel order# 509108-W and we will take care of the rest and destroy any sensitive information included your order.

Please note that in case you modify or cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped, you will NOT incur any cancellation fees.
