MLM in illegal violation of soliciation laws, lying, I am a 17 year old victim of the Innovage, Cydcor nightmare Ripoff

I am a respectable man of integrity. That said, I am only 17 years old, but even I can understand the concepts of law and principle. Concepts lost to Bradley Clarke, aka Innovage, Cydcor, whatever other name they come up with.

First off, the interview process was a joke. More importantly however was the method in which they got us to that point: lies.

"NO DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES!" "Entry level [POSITIONS] available"

Keep in mind, position means you have a JOB position, i.E. Employment available, not contracted mumbo jumbo. No door to door sales??? That's ALL you do in that company. Door-to-door of honest hard working businessman trying to make a living, and they are further hurting the mom and pops by solicitating to their poor employees who really can't afford to buy a piece of junk.

In all of about three days (two interviews and first day on job) I witnessed so much atrocity I cannot be consoled. Although I am a victim of this scheme, I cannot help but feel for others. On my "second" interview, I was paired up with a team leader, who for confidentiality, I will call Ms. "m". Immediately I noticed the super-fast pace, as if the boss was right there beating them with a stick, underneath their feigned happy facade, they were angry, cussing, and upset. That is because they cannot get out. When I was there, I witnessed from, our third wheel partner invading a high-rise OFFICE building with a NO solicitation and attacking every office to sell junk, without success thankfully. But what was to come was more frightening, our "team leader" who is in TEXAS from Kansas (the other guy was from Chicago), both of which drove UNPAID, for brainwashing seminars, and don't even get gas allowance, instead they are told to deduct it for taxes out of the CASH PAYMENTS that are made at the end of the day (to my knowledge, since they are contractors, even the contractor should pay sales tax to BC&assoc. If this was legit. IRS? Have fun with that) the payments are laughable, the top makers were making $120 for a TWELVE hour workday! That's the VERY best $10 an hour! I made that much in retail with MUCH less stress and hours I wanted.

Did I mention you are encouraged to lie? Is it possible to link management with accessory to a crime? Every single employee I met lied numerous times to customers. The management more importantly lied to the employees! I was told paid training, etc. The details kept changing. They even had a SEVENTEEN year old sign a contract, knowing I was seventeen, I even asked if I had to cosign, and was told they would get a cosign, then later on told not to worry about it. Even as I read the contract I was interrupted before I could begin and told to sign it. Then he only went over 3 or 4 select paragraphs of the dozen.

To the point, this single mother with an 8-month going thru a divorce, stuck at a job because transition to another is shakey ground, and the company does keep you from sunrise to sundown so you have NO time to ponder questioning the allmighty Bradley Clarke. She vommited FOUR times, and cried. She tried desperately hard to hide this as if it was the food we ate. It was not. Even I felt nauteous by the end of the day because of the relentless pace, but more importantly, I lost my appetite, etc. My intuition is the conscience is also at work, and doing such despicable work has it's tolls.

So if vommitting four times, and crying isn't a sign of how Bradley Clarke, Innovage, Cydcor, etc. Takes advantage, er, excuse me, brainwashes and torments it's employees, I do not know what is.

I for one, feel traumatized. I wanted to break into the marketing industry, and instead have a broken psyche.

There is so much dirt on this company I cannot think of it all.

I beseech anyone with similar experiences to unite and file suit. I would most gladly participate in a class-action. Were I not unemployed (LOST WAGES anyone?!) I would lobby more heavily. But I will make time to help save others from this terroristic experience. It will steal your life, money, and even soul. I fear for those lost ex-kirby vacuum salesmen, college grads, single mothers.

This is wrong. Something must be done.
