I recently shoped at a Wal Mart super center in Calcutta, OH.
I had a buggy full of groceries and went to the check out line. When I asked the cashier for a carton of cigarettes I handed her my drivers liscense.
I don't look my age so I am used to this. I do not have a problem giving id. When she looked at my liscense she had the nerve to say it wasn't mine. My liscense picture was taken 6 months ago!
My hair was even done the same way as in the photo. I was there on Monday at one o clock in the afternoon, buying laundry soap, and bathroom cleaners. Do you really think a high school student would skip school for that!
Have never been so insulted in my life. Maybe they don't realize that I could sue them for false accusations and slander. If she had any doubts why didn't she ask me any questions, or call a manager over to look at it. This is not the first time I have had a problem there.
There customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I work in management for a retail chain and if I had any employees who treated our customers the way they do, they would be out of a job.
I sent in a complaint over a week ago and still haven't heard anything. I will be taking my business somewhere else where I will be respected and appreciated.
