I tried purchasing a Motorola i930 for a Mother's Day gift from this site.

I sent the sum of $215.00 USD through Western Union as instructed by the seller Neil who takes care of the online sales.

My money was picked up from the Western Union there in Nigeria the following morning @ 7:00 am.in turn my cell phone was supposed to be sent out to me and was promised to arrive (2) days later.

I never received my phone, and in fact (2) days later I got an e-mail from 'Neil' stating that he needed another $95.00 USD.

So I am out $215.00, 'NO GIFT' for my Mother for Mother's Day and no sights of receiving my phone.

'Neil' told me that he frequently sells to customers in the US, though there were no reviews from customers on the site. That should have been a deterant for me, but I proceeded with the transaction anyway.: (

I want to know if there is anyway to recover my money or atleast demand the shipment of the goods I was told I was purchasing?
