Well, I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! I had the same problem. I ordered flowers Sunday morning and was told they would be delivered that day. They weren't. I received an email that evening stating that they were not delivered but would be the next day, Monday. Monday came and went, still no delivery. Monday evening... Another email apologizing. Tuesday morning, I called them and asked if I could be sure that the flowers would definitely be delivered that day, and that promised they would. Late Tuesday afternoon, I received a phone call from someone who barely spoke English named Ray. He informed me that the flowers still were not delivered, and not only that but the nearest florist to my delivery location was a little further than they thought, and there would be an additional $15 charge! Needless to say, I cancelled the order.
