Signed up for a three-month service period. Before the billing period refreshed, I cancelled the service on 01/21/05. Despite cancelling, I was charged $43.95 for another three-month period.
I complained to customer service, and all they ever do is send form letters. Not wanting to deal with the hassle, I let it go and cancelled service again.
On 04/23/05, they billed me AGAIN without my permission. I actually got a real reply this time, basically saying that I had no record of any of the last two cancellations. They will not issue a refund, and I am forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
