A supposed $1.00 charge monthly charge for 24 months of access to unlimited music downloads suddenly becomes a $48.00 charge with no real traceable address or phone number. I called the 800 number to have my 48.00 refunded into my account. They then told me to call 646-495-8107 to close my account.
I had to contact my bank and sign a paper to insure my the money was put back into my account - dispute the amount.
