I just got off the phone with a representative of CIC. They tried togive me a hard time about the monthly fee that they had charged me. When I first applied online, I was told that I had to wait for my credit report in the mail because I could not answer some security questions correct, so I waited and waited. Finally, I just forgot about it as I am a college student and had more important things to think about. I went online today and noticed a charge for 8.95 — boy that just boiled my buttons, so I called and they tried to give me the run around about the mail thing, saying it could not have possibly said that, but in the end, I won — Not only did they cancel my up til now crappy service, but they gave me my refund as demanded.
