Dishonest owner, horrible customer service RIPOFF

After ordering a wedding dress - special order, and being told it would be in April 14, it finally came in April 30. We were not informed of the delay, and when we called once a week to check in, the owner told us to stop "harassing" her and she would let us know when it came in. Then, after driving 30 miles to pick up the dress, she proceeded to try and demand "payment in full", since her books did not show we had already paid. After showing her the receipt, she still insisted we had already paid a deposit, despite her initials on the receipt.

Finally, she brought the dress out and tried to send us on our way without seeing it, let alone trying it on.
I have never witnessed such awful customer service. She told the bride that she was lucky to have received it at all, since it was only two months before the wedding, and then reminded her not to call and check on the tuxedo order, that she would be in touch. DO NOT buy or rent anything here unless you want to be treated horribly.
