My daughter hired this company to move her from Poughkeepsie, New York to Danbury, Ct. We have papers stating estimate of move and that she could put this on her CREDIT CARD!!!
The movers came 1-1/2 hours late, and 30 minutes into move my daughter wanted to give the movers her credit card. They yelled at her and said "no credit card only cash". WE told them NO, he threatened to pull my daughters furniture off the truck. We got a hold of "Alec" at Northstar Office and told him situation. He asked if we could give the movers $100.00 in cash and rest on credit card. Plus the estimate was $400.00 and the movers wanted $600.00. What these men were doing is trying to rip off two women. If I wasn't there, I don't what my daughter would have done.
