Placed original order on April 9 received product on April 18.ink cartridge did not work. Contacted seller several times (4 to be exact) before receiving a reply. On April 20 I was told they had the replacement cartriges in stock and would send them by priority mail immediately.
Called on April 23 to confirm they had shipped on the 20th as stated. Found out they shipped on April 21 my priority mail. Just received them today April 28. The replacements do not work either.
In my opinion they knowingly sell bad ink cartridges and they lie to their customers, that's if you can get ahold of them. Their voice message says you will get a much quicker response if you send a email. That's definately not true in my case. It had taken four emails before I had gotten any kind of response.
I refered a co-worker to this company and they experienced the exact same problem as I. Customer service treated her very poorly, in fact they actually hung up on her. She will be returning her ink cartridges as well.
