I submitted their mail in rebate requirments within the specified time period with proof of 3 months bills paid in full. They sent me a letter on 12/23/04 that payment was outstanding. I sent them proof of copies of bill payments made to AT&T. Then I called and complained about the refund. They told me they had no proof to support my claims. I refaxed proof of all payments made and confirmed they received the fax. They told me the information was acceptable and they would resubmit for review. I called several times. I was told today that my rebate was rejected with no proper explanation.
