I wanted to work at LA Weight Loss so I could help people lose weight. I went to training and felt empowered to make a difference as did many of my coworkers in my class. Little did we know that it was all a bunch of crap.
All i really have to say now is that things went down hill and all of us were being lied to. I found out that people aren't getting some of the discounts that they are told they are getting and that most of the staff, (more upper management) will cheat clients and lie to them to get a sale. I understand every business has to make money. But i wouldn't compromise great business ethic for a crappy pay check. Frankly i don't know how they (the cheaters) can live with themselves.
I left the first steady job i have had in a long time because of being lied to. I needed that job. But i couldn't deal with the fact that i would be telling my clients lies.By the way, when they asked why i was leaving, and i told them the lies i had found out, they never, ever denied it. Sick, sick people.
