I purchased a treadmill from CRC enterprises or CRC Fitness. They use both names. They also list stuff for sale buy Chad. I purchased a Precor treadmill that was supposedly recondition and with a warranty for $2000. I was told the treadmill was used in home prior and was traded in to them when someone bought something new. The treadmill gave me error codes. After getting no help from CRC i called Precor. Precor looked the treadmill up by its serial number. Apparently the treadmill was originally in an apartment complex's gym. Not a residence. After some homework. I found out CRC was a 3rd party delivery company that delivered new fitness equipment to the Apartment complex on behalf of another company. The apartment complex paid CRC to remove and throw out the treadmill.
I had to get a service company out to look at the treadmill i paid 2k for. The only new part on the treadmill was the belt. It was not recondition. The motor and all other electronics were the originals. CRC through a cheap aftermarket belt on the treadmill and called it reconditioned. As explained to me by the service company. Recondition treadmills are supposed to be completely rebuilt, where the only original parts would be the cosmetics and frame.
CRC wont even pick up the phone anymore.
