Ripoff purchased a garage door open and they still have not put in the keypad a week later Ripoff

I have never received such bad service before... My mother purchased 2 garage door opener for myself and my sister. It all started when they were days late installing my sisters opener. Once hers was complete they were supposed to install mine. They did not show up the day they were scheduled. Of course they didnt called we call later that afternoon and they said they would call that next morning... Never call us back again. We called later that day and they said they would come out early morning, we had to call again and he came out that afternoon. After that was installed he did have the keypad that they were also suppose to put in and that they would have to come back to do this. Needless to say a week later we still dont have a keypad and someone was supposed to come out yesterday... No show again. Call that next morning and someone was supposed to call back and they did. I called again and i spoke to a David S. And he said someone will be out this afternoon.
So far we have spoken to a Mike, Kevin, Owen and now a David and as of yet has anyone appologize for this poor and unprofessional service we have received.

We will have to wait and see if they actually show up this time.
