I got scammed with the Free Trial offer like everyone else. I sent one email to these people and told them if they didn't immediately put my money back in my account & send me an email that day letting me know they had, I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They sent me an email saying they were cancelling my Auto-ship, but they said nothing about returning my money. I filed a complaint with the BBB (very easy to do on-line). Within two days, I got a message from BBB and From Hydroderm saying they had returned the money to my account. BBB also sent me a copy of the response they got from Hydroderm, which says their policy about Auto-ship is stated all over their website, and it's not their fault if customers don't read. That's a damn lie. I never saw anything about Auto-ship until AFTER I ordered the Free Trial, and they already had my credit card #. Anyway, if you're having problems, report them to the BBB immediately. They'll resolve it in a a couple of days.
