Where do I start?
First off the pickup date was tried to be moved up a day earlier than originally talked about. Two people shjowed up to move our Stuff. Our $2000 couch was drug on the floor. After telling them to pick it up they started to use a little bit more 'care' in the move.inventory descritions were inaccurate. Brand new furniture was marked as scratched or chipped. And wouldnt you know it it actually arrrived scratched and chipped.
They ended up tracking mud throughout the house and before our 17 hour drive to FL we ended up having to rent a shampooer and steam clean all the carpets. All of our belongings were left outside while the loaded up the truck. My desk ended up blwoing over and a huge chunk was taken out of it. Their reply, oops sorry.
If they drove the truck anything like they drove the hand carts I feel sorry for the cars on the road during their trip to FL because our Walls and Doors got pretty beat up in NJ and in FL. I had to tell them a couple times how to get a peice of furniture through a doorway which they said the furnioture would not fit through.
How did we get it in if it didnt fit through? Once again Moron Movers. We had a floor Lamp that we looked for as soon as the movers said they were done. When we realized it was not in the house I quickly ran outside to ask them about it. Their reply" Oh we thought that was not yours" when they gave it to me it was crooked the round top was egg shaped, and when it was put on the groud it swayed as though the wind was blowing a 100 miles an hour. I asked him what happened to it? He said "i dunno, sorry"
After getting our belongings together we realizd several things were missing. I called the driver PABLO and he said that nothing was left on the truck, so that means my stuff is. Who knows. Floating around in a moving company purgatory. But they got my money and now we need to wait god knows how long to get any type of reimbursement from them.
DO not. Repeat DO NOT use this company in any way to move you. Even their binding estimate was a sham!!! Need more info on them go to
