Here is what they did:
They sent everyone on there email list a welcome letter
if you deleted it without reading it you were basically automatically signed up for a membership. If you responded to it they then signed you up automatically and gave the information on how to cancel. Either way you were signed up. Guess what else they already had you billing info from a previous transaction you did with them in the past.in my case it was over 2 years ago.
What I did: After not being able to contact the company via phone or email i had my credti card co. Refund the charges and cancel that card for fraud investigation. (you get a new card in about 2 weeks). I also filed a complaint with my state attorney general this is who you want to complain to they handle this stuff and have the power to cross state lines if they need to. They also pack big federal influence. So report all cybercrimes to the AG.
I finally got somebody from My perfect credit on the phone and they offered to credit back my money BUT I still had to fill out a for that would cancel my membership. Guess what that means folks you may get your money back now but if you ignore the form they will charge you again...
