Misleading information, Non-Existent Customer Service, Not Worth the Hassle

My experience with Harris Digital Publishing has become the much-feared stereotype of purchasing items on-line.
Though I thoroughly read the "Terms and Conditions" before purchasing, I was discouraged to find that there was absolutely NO phone number or direct e-mail contact information. This makes the Money Back Guarantee almost useless.

All contact must be made through an e-mail template (though NO direct information is given) at their discretion—which poses obvious problems for the consumer.
Upon doing an exhaustive Internet search on my own, I was finally able to find their contact information (ironically, in a complaint posting on this website!!!).
There were also relatively unclear instructions for downloading the program once it has been purchased.
Overall, this has been a horrific experience. I hope Harris Digital Publishing is the exception of Internet-run businesses, not the rule.
