I ordered personalized disposable cameras for my daughter's sweet 16 on 2/15/05. This company debited my checking account on 2/25/05. After two weeks I attempted to call them on 3 occassions to inquire about my order. Their voice mail box was always full. I sent 4 emails to the customer service dept. I did not receive any response. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Washington. They gave the favor box 2 weeks to respond. The two weeks was up on 2/23/05. The BBB never received a response either! I need a refund or the goods.
