I was contacted first in January about a credit card offer but I told them that I wasn't interested at the time but maybe I would be in the future. It was then that I was contacted 2/02/05 and guaranteed a credit card with an $5,000 beginning balance. I was told that it would cost $297 and will be taken out in two transactions ($149 and $148). I called them to cancel the transaction and could not reach anyone to do so. I left a message.
The transaction took place on 2/18/05 and have not received anything to this date. I have called their toll-free number and no one answers the phone. I have left numerous messages that have been left unreturned. My bank offers images of the transaction. The money was deposited into the the account of

I have contacted these people and an woman answers the phone and says that she will give "them" the message. The message is I want my money back into my account.
I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and I urge everyone else to the same.
