I bought three Maytag appliances for more than $2000.00 in December.
This qualified me for free delivery.
After they were delivered I installed them myself.
I sent in the rebate form without a receipt for delivery and installation.
Archway Marketing Service (Maytag Rebate reps) says that I do not qualify for the $50.00 rebate.
The rebate was for delivery and installation only.
They feel no remorse at all.
"I should have read the terms of the rebate";they said.
Proposed solution - In the future include a receipt for either delivery or installation with rebate form.
Get a friend to write it for you.
