My experience with Phillips & Associates has been overwhelmingly stressful. The firm strongly practices bait and switch techniques on all levels of dealing. The price quoted is only to get you into their offices. Once the doors are closed and depending on your situation and level of desperation mine was a chapter 13 BK, the strong hold tactics begin.
Let's just say I'm now in a worse position financially than when I initially sought help from Phillips & Associates. Please... Whatever you do if you use this firm..., don't expect a call back from anyone at this firm once you've given them your money. You'll have better luck placing a bear in a tic's rear end. I am currently seeking a lawsuit of my own against this firm for other matters related to this situation. I lucked out and recorded one of my conversations with the lawyer that was supposed to helping me.:-)
