In december I purchased a bike online from this company. They held funds on my card for 48 hours but did not process my order until i called and asked them why my card had not yet been charged, i was trying to get my son a super pocket bike in time for christmas. Anyway they said they didnt know what happened but they would redo the order and my bike should get to my home by christmas.
They charged my card 350.00 for a super pocket bike and then inspite of the fact that it should be here in time for christmas, they again never mailed it in time for christmas. We anxiously made a series of phone calls and emails wanting to know what the heck is going on with my sons bike, we are angry and now christmas was ruined (as far as gifts go, we still have Jesus whom is ore important anyway, and we know that)! Our whole family felt terrible, thats all our son wanted for christams as far a gifts go and it never came.
My husband called and spoke to the manager who apologised and said they would make it up to us by sending an upgraded bike, one that was worth about 150.00 more. We told him the color we wanted and once again hoped for the best.inspite of everything being stressful and ruined we figured ok well at lease well get a small upgrade and just never do business with this terrible company again. 2 weeks after christmas a bike came, the wrong one. The wrong bike, and no upgrade was given to us as promised. Not only was it the original cheaper one, but it was even the wrong color.
It was broken up, scratched up, the thermostat and horn did not even work! My son hopped on it and the tire barrings holding the tire on flew off almost causing him to get into a severe accient, and we have witnesses to this as i told the pocket bike scamers. The bikes are cheaply put together and extreamly dangerous. We called them immedialty, they said a manager would call us back. Since december we have sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls, they ignore us and dont return emails or phone calls to us.
They continue 3 months later to show no shame or fix what they have done. It is now march they still hide from us not returning calls or sending the bike we were suppose to get. The broken one sits un riden in our family room and my son asks me at least once a week when his new bike is coming. We got majorly ripped off. I hope anyone reading this does not make the same mistake we did. Stay away from this company. Do not buy anything from www.pocketbikewholesalers.com unless you enjoy dealing with thiefs that steal from innocent people and ruin childrens christmas mornings.
Www.pocketbikewholesalers.com ripps people off and sells garbage that is dangerous to your children they do not return calls and steal from people. God bless all of you and Good luck with a different company
