I got a call from a telemarketer telling me they were doing a survey in my area and i was picked to win 200.00 in free gas coupons all i needed to do was pay for 3.95 shipping.
This person gave me phone number to where he could be reached if i needed more asst. Found out number did't exist one week after i paid the shipping charge my bank told me that i was overdrawn we investgated this and tracked it to american vales i called repeatedly to get my refund they keep telling me that its on it's way but the interesting thing is they tell you after you call that they won't know anything for 10 to 14 days because it takes that long to get there head office e-mailed this is so strange.
I have all kinds of infor on them doing this to me ihave the check that they supposely said i authorized them to take out of my account WRONG the check had an 8 digit number on it did't match the check numbers i was on at the time. It has been 9 months now to get my money i will not give up i'm a single parent on a budget ineed my money back it is mine, i did not give them the ok to take from me. Funny thing is if i were a customer of there's and owed them money they would not wait 9 months to collect there money they would take me to court or send it to a collection agency plus they would charge me intrest every month that they had to wait on there money, it's time to put a stop to this.
