Aug 23 Coast to Coast sent a driver to our maryland residence at 1 am to pick-up our daughter's belongings that was being shipped to florida she was to begin her freshman year at Fl. A&m. We had a contract and paid an additional $400 to have her belongings delivered within the next 2 days. We did not hear from them with several attempts to call. We did finally speak with Keith, Phil & Ely and delivery was impossible due to the hurricane conditions.
Finally, October 11 (which was not scheduled) they arrived at my daughters residence demanding an extra $75 per flight of stairs and an additional $500 for redelivery. Several attempts were made to resolve but they continued to ask for more money. They are crooks!!! And have no regards for the general consumer.
By the way, today is March 3 and she still has not received her belongings. There is a constant battle on money that is owed. And they feel the have the right. The police say it is a civil matter and will not get involved.
