I received my Phone bill and was shocked to see a charge for $145.50 for calls made to SWEDEN. I called the company (Tellis) and was informed that the number belong to an internet site and to check my history to see where I had been. The site was for downloads, on-line games, and such was the response they gave me when I asked what the site was for. I do not play game as I have a slow (28800) Dial-up connection and only download from sites that I know and trust like Microsoft for drivers.
I called TELLIS back and spoke to a Holly operator 1020 who informed me that the charges where non-negotible. When I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor she told me to hold then came back to the phone and told me there was no one there at the moment and I would have to call back the next day.
I am still Fighting with this company as they do not seem to care at all about me as a customer.
