I got a charge on my account yesterday for 249.95. Not only did this short me in my account it bounced checks on me. I found the company that charged my account MWI Connections. Called the company and said I never authorized this to be taking out of my account. They said I did but they can not prove it.
I knew right there this was fraud. I started checking my statements for previous months found out they have been charging my account for years. Approx, 7 to 8 hundred dollars worth. I called back and started asking more questions on how they got my information they said it came from a company called Harris publishing.
I called HPublishing and they have no record of ever talking to me or me ordering anything from them. Needless to say now Hpublishing is after them for using their company name. I filed a report with my bank, cancelled my cards, called the police, emailed the Pennsylvania State Attorney General, the BBB etc... Waiting to find out what happens. Meanwhile I keep calling the MWI connections company and slowing getting more information out of me. They don't always answer my calls now or they simply hang up on me.
Funny though every time I do call the story changes with each person I talk too. If anyone out there can help me please let me know. I want this company to know that they messed with the wrong person. I will not take this lying down. I am willing to fight with everything I have. And hopefully I will save more people from going through what I did.
