Ripoff, ordered items off there web site and never recieved but they took my money

Ordered items from there web site and paid for them with paypal and never recieved the order. And they keep giving me the run around. I have contacted them many times and they never respone or make excuses why i havent got it yet. Which are all lies. I have tryed.
