I don't know where to start, But too get to the point MCI is billing me approximately $400 well after my contract has expired and well after I canceled my service (which took four tries to finally cancel.) I asked at least three times for some sort of billing statement explaining what this bill is for. They promised that they would send this information and I have yet to receive it and now thier collection agency is calling me for payments. Is there anyone who can assist me? MCI can not.
